The Initial consultation is free of charge and is essentially designed to understand your requirements, your expectations, and help you decide on the scope of services that you will require for your project.

 

We do all the initial planning research for your property and identify the potential for your property and propose a strategy that best aligns with your requirements.

 

Once the key parameters are established and agreed a fee proposal will be provided giving you a clear outline of the services to be provided, timeframes and clear outline of associated costs.
