Concept + Solution

The client required to additional space to their existing property in this trendy west london neighbourhood. The project involved L-Shaped roof addition to the first floor to create a split level maisonette, increasing the area from 55 m2 to over 90 m2 with the addition of a master bedroom and bathroom to the loft floor.

Arki Design provided a comprehensive project management approach to the project. A full technical set was developed to take into account of all the structure, interior design, mechanical and electrical, without loosing sight of the finishing details.
