Concept + Solution
This large detached property sits in popular conservation area in North West London.
The client wanted to mix classic features with modern technology and finishing to create a house for everyday living as well as for entertaining guests.
We produced a comprehensive design and build strategy for the property to match the client’s ambitions.
The site sits on a hill thus the technical preparation had to take into account the challenges that would be faced with executing a project with this level of structural and landscape detailing.
The ground floor structure was upgraded (from timber) to a block and beam system to take into account the weight imposed by marble flooring which constituted part of the structural package.
The project was supervised and the contract managed by our dedicated team on site to ensure quality of delivery at each stage of the project.
