Statutory consent applications
Statutory consents, more commonly known as planning applications may be needed for a range of commercial licences that need to be granted form your local planning authority, or local building control department. This may include change of use from one class to another, i.e. A1 (takeaway) to A3 (restaurant). Whatever your circumstances, rest assured that we will do our best to help out with your proposal, and negotiate with the relevant authorities, prepare all planning and building control paperwork on your behalf to attain the required permissions for you to reach your investment potential.
Lease plans are generally needed by property owners, estate brokers or solicitors to accompany legal documentation to highlight property extents and responsibilities, usually for lease hold uses. We provide an extremely fast turnaround for Lease-Plan production, to meet the rigor and deadlines associated with the imperatives of lease plan usages. Our fees for this service is also very competitive and straight forward.
The procedure for producing lease plans is quite simple, you contact us with your full requirements, giving us the full address, we will quote you a price for the work, and if you are satisfied, we will proceed by either surveying/ measuring the property or work from existing plans that maybe available, and produce final drafts for you or a third party to review and we are more than happy to make amendments as and when needed to make sure that you have the right final lease plan(s) for you.
